65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 90 years; 2. ASA I-III, laparoscopic surgery, and the estimated operation time is 2.5-6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Received drugs affecting liver metabolic function within two weeks; 3. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. Mental disorders.
