18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thyroidectomy used intraoperative neuromonitoring; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Body mass index 19-28 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Suffering from hypertension, cardiopulmonary insufficiency or cardiovascular disease; 3. Neuromuscular disease; 4. The presence of damage to the recurrent laryngeal nerve or vagus nerve; 5. Vocal cord dysfunction at the time of preoperative laryngoscopy; 6. Taking medication that may affect neuromuscular transmission; 7. Potential risk of airway difficulties; 8. Any contraindication to the anaesthetic agent used during the procedure; 9. History or family history of malignant hyperthermia; 10. Refusal to participate in the study.
