Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Natural delivery under painless delivery; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Aged 20-32 years; 4. Gestational weeks 38-41 weeks; 5. Voluntary participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Singleton cephalic position and cephalopelvic disproportion; 2. Pathological obstetrics in prenatal examination; 3. Complicated with severe internal and surgical diseases; 4. History of alcoholism, smoking or psychiatric illness; 5. History of severe mental illness or long-term use of psychoactive substances; 6. Contraindications of epidural puncture.
