Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Helicobacter pylori positive functional dyspepsia group(E group): (1) Functional dyspepsia (in line with Roman IV diagnostic criteria); (2) C13 breath test positive for Hp; 2. Helicobacter pylori-negative functional dyspepsia group(F group): (1) Functional dyspepsia (in line with Roman IV diagnostic criteria); (2) C13 breath test negative for Hp; 3. Control group(C group): healthy elderly people who underwent physical examination at a physical examination center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 65 years; 2. Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obesity; 3. Complicated with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and pancreatic organic diseases of the digestive system; 4. Patients who took any antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors within 1 month before enrollment; 5. Smoking and drinking within 3 months.
