Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for stroke: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Within 7 days of onset, CTA and CTP indicate that the core of infarction exists or the MR DWI sequence can be seen as an acute cerebral infarction lesions; 2. Inclusion criteria for the asymptomatic carotid plaque formation group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) No history of ischemic stroke or TIA in the past; (3) Carotid artery plaque formation detected by carotid color Doppler ultrasound; 3.Inclusion criteria of the healthy control group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) No history of ischemic stroke or TIA in the past; (3) Patients without carotid artery plaque in carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac insufficiency; 2. Severe renal insufficiency; 3. Severe infection; 4. Multiple sclerosis; 5. Rheumatic immune disease.
