Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who gave informed consent of bone augmentation surgery and implant surgery; 2. Subjects aged 18 to 50 years, gender is not limited; 3. Subjects are conscious and have a high degree of comprehension and barrier-free cooperation; 4. Subjects with tooth missing in the anterior maxilla (including maxillary central incisor, maxillary lateral incisor and maxillary canine).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor systemic nutritional status; 2. Subjects suffering from immunoendocrine diseases: diabetes, rheumatoid, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.; 3. The subject suffers from blood diseases: leukemia or other bleeding diseases; 4. Subjects suffering from cardiovascular disease: coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease; 5. The subjects took long-term oral bisphosphonates to treat osteoporosis; 6. Subjects have uncontrolled periodontal inflammation.
