Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA <= III; 3. Plan to undergo thoracic fusion under general anesthesia and the expected operation time is 2 hours or more; 4. Agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal renal function before operation (serum creatinine > 133 umol/ml); 2. Abnormal liver function (ALT or AST > 2 x ULN); 3. Combined neuromuscular disease or peripheral neuropathy, such as muscular dystrophy diseases, Guillain-Barre syndrome, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, etc.; 4. Acute and chronic respiratory diseases such as lung infection, asthma, bronchiectasis, within 2 weeks before surgery; 5. Body mass index BMI > 28 kg/m^2 or combined sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Allergic to the drugs involved in this study.
