Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand Chinese and express fluently; 2. Conservative treatment was ineffective, and artificial joint replacement or arthroscopic surgery was planned; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, autism and depression; 2. Suffering from pain causing diseases such as neuritis and herpes; 3. Other diseases of joint system (previous operation history, infection history, soft tissue injury history); 4. Accompanied by severe spinal and nervous system injury, affecting joint function; 5. Opioid and alcohol addiction; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
