Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Diagnosed with rare interstitial lung disease and hospitalized in our hospital, such as pulmonary alveolar proteinosis; 2. With a normal BMI; 3. Lived in southwest of China for more than 5 years; 4. Adult, aged >= 18 years. Control group: 1. Aged 20-60 years; 2. No history of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cerebrovascular disease; 3. No history or family history of neuropsychiatric diseases such as anxiety and depression; 4. No use of antibiotics, hormones and probiotics in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other specific microbiome infection, such as tuberculosis. 2. No consent.
