Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Tumors below the plane of peritoneal reflexion or located 5-6 cm above the dentate line; 2. The diagnosis of rectal cancer was confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; 3. No distant metastasis of tumor was detected by enhanced CT, pelvic MRI of the thorax, abdomen and pelvis, whole-body bone scan or pet-ct examination; 4. Did not receive any anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Preoperative liver and kidney functions, routine blood tests and cardiopulmonary functions were normal before surgery, and there were no contraindications; 6. All patients were first-time abdominal surgical treatment; 7. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other primary tumors were present before surgery; 2. A history of uncontrolled mental illness; 3. Antibiotics were used within one month before surgery; 4. Other intestinal diseases such as IBD and IBS.
