Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis of lung cancer or highly suspected lung cancer; 2. Aged >= 18 years, and patients who underwent radical mastectomy for the first time; 3. Three specific risk factors for vomiting (female, non-smoker, history of PONV/motion sickness); 4. No previous experience in acupuncture and other acupoint massage; 5. Normal spirit and have a certain ability to ditch; 6. Can follow the guidance of the research plan; 7. ASA was stage I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site is red and swollen, ulceration, purpura, scar, etc., which is not suitable for acupuncture; 2. Skin allergy to alcohol or other substances; 3. Have hemorrhagic disease; 4. Patients who need antiemetic drugs before surgery; 5. Gastrointestinal diseases may cause nausea and vomiting; 6. Women in lactation or pregnancy; 7. Wear cochlear implants; 8. Patients receiving chemotherapy 1 month before surgery; 9. Long-term use of opioids.
