Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of participants; 2. Single fetus with exact gestational age, early ultrasound examination of fetal development consistent with gestational age; 3. There were no signs of labor such as redness or contractions before Doppler measurement; 4. Glucocorticoids were not used before Doppler measurement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The puerpera did not have regular prenatal examination or the data of mother and infant could not be obtained; 2. Abnormal development and malformation of the fetus; 3. Small or large for gestational age; 4. Patients with acute labor who cannot complete pulmonary ultrasonography.
