Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade was I-II; 2. Aged 18 to 64 years; 3. Patients with elective colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe abnormalities in heart, lung, kidney, liver, and other functions; 2. Recent respiratory infections; 3. History of allergies to narcotic drugs; 4. Mental illness.
