Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. All patients of Chinese nationality admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University with the diagnosis of sepsis (sepsis-3). The diagnostic criteria were: infection combined with organ dysfunction, and organ dysfunction was defined as an increase of 2 or more points in SOFA score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sepsis who were admitted to ICU and failed to collect vital signs; 2. Special populations: pregnant patients, etc.; 3. Have been enrolled in another interventional clinical study.
