Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young people (aged 18 to 40 years) who underwent corneal refractive surgery in our hospital were selected; 2. The diopter is basically stable for >= 2 years (the annual increase of myopia diopter is no more than 0.50 D); 3. Stop wearing soft contact lens for at least 2 weeks and hard contact lens for at least 4 weeks before surgery, and the corrected visual acuity was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active inflammation of the eye; 2. Periocular suppuration; 3. Serious ocular accessory lesions; 4. Glaucoma; 5. Keratoconus; 6. Systemic connective tissue diseases; 7. Mental diseases; 8. Diabetes; 9. Systemic infectious diseases or autoimmune diseases.
