Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Isolated renal tumours; 2. Renal tumours with a high risk of renal arteriovenous separation (history of surgery, complex variant branches, etc.); 3. Imaging suggestive of a single arterial supply to the renal tumour; 4. Renal tumours proposed for resection by the transabdominal route.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious underlying diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood, etc; 2. Patients who refuse treatment; 3. Patients who cannot receive standardized treatment and cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
