30 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first episode accompanied by limb dysfunction, and unilateral hemiplegia; 2. The condition is stable, the patient's course of disease does not exceed 1 year; 3. Aged 30-79 years; 4. The lower limbs by Brunnstrom stage II-V; 5. At least one muscle (medial gastrocnemius or/and rectus femoris) after the modified Ashworth scale rating > 1; 6. Sitting balance >= 2, and can maintain sitting >= 15 min; 7. Stand alone for 10s without any external assistance; 8. No consciousness, hearing and visual impairment, good compliance, with the treatment; 9. Know about the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe important organ disease, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension and other complications; 2. Patients with mental diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; 3. Patients with lower limb loss or musculoskeletal system diseases; 4. Patients receiving other central intervention measures during the study.
