Self-selected group:Increase glargine dose ''1U'' every day or ''2U'' every 3 day based on the fasting glugose level

Prescribed group:Increase glargine dose ''2U'' every 3 day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ALT and AST 45 ml/min/1.73m^2; 5. Willing to take insulin injection; 6. Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of tumor; 2. History of glucocorticoid use in recent 1 year; 3. Pregnancy and lactation; 4. Allergy to insulin; 5. Serious mental system diseases.
