Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for symptomatic deep vein thrombosis (ultrasound), involving the femoral vein or iliac vein; 3. Patients and (or) their families agree to join the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic pulmonary embolism (PE); 2. Use anticoagulant drugs or fibrinolytic drugs recently (within 30 days) 3. High blood risk, such as active gastrointestinal ulcers, congenital or acquired bleeding abnormalities (platelet count < 50x10^9/L), a history of intracranial bleeding, moderate or severe stroke within the past 6 months, and major surgery or trauma within the last 30 days; 4. Contraindications to anticoagulant therapy; 5. Complicated with other systemic serious diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (uncontrolled severe hypertension, blood system diseases, kidney diseases, infectious diseases, etc.); 6. Pregnancy and lactation; 7. Allergic to heparin or history of thrombocytopenia caused by heparin; 8. Have participated in another drug/device study or are in the follow-up period of another drug/device study.
