Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, or grade III patients with stable medical disease control; 3. Patients who plan to receive painless digestive endoscopy; 4.18kg/m2 < body mass index (BMI) < 28kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo tracheal intubation; 2. Patients with suspected gastroduodenal outflow tract obstruction with gastric contents retention; 3. Patients suspected of having upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Patients with hypotension or shock; 5. Patients with known allergies to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, opioids, naloxone, propofol, lidocaine, soybeans, peanuts, or patients with a history of severe allergies and family history ; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs or a history of taking narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 7. Patients with a history of alcoholism. Alcoholism means drinking more than 2 units of alcohol on average per day (1 unit = 360 mL of beer or 45 mL of liquor with an alcohol content of 40% or 150 mL of wine); 8. Patients with severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction and uncontrolled hypertension before surgery (sitting systolic blood pressure >= 160 mmHg during screening, and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg during screening); 9. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 10. The operation time of digestive endoscopy exceeds 30 minutes; 11. Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs as subjects within the past 3 months; 12. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical researcher.
