Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastroenterology outpatients aged 18 to 70, male or female; 2. Patients with bile reflux gastritis must meet the diagnostic criteria for bile reflux gastritis under gastroscopy: duodenogastric reflux or intragastric cholestasis and gastric mucosal inflammation are clearly observed under gastroscopy; 3. Healthy people need to have superficial gastritis or normal manifestations under gastroscopy; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 2. Those who abuse alcohol, poison and/or drugs; 3. Have obvious mental and psychological disorders; 4. Those taking PPIs, H2R antagonists, antibiotics and other drugs in the past 2 weeks; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
