Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PJI: there is a sinus tract that communicates with the prosthesis; or the same pathogen is isolated from 2 periprosthetic tissues or synovial fluid specimens of the affected artificial joint; or 4 of the following 6 are satisfied: (1) Elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) or C-reactive protein (CRP) level; (2) Increased synovial leukocyte count; (3) The percentage of synovial neutrophils (PMN) increased; (4) suppuration in the affected joints; (5) Microorganisms were isolated from periprosthetic tissue or synovial fluid specimens in one culture; (6) At 400x magnification, the pathological analysis of the tissue around the prosthesis found >5 centrioles in 5 high-power fields. If less than 4 of the criteria are met, periprosthetic joint infection may exist; 2. Hospitalized patients who underwent revision surgery for periprosthetic infection after joint replacement since October 1, 2021; 3. Case data can be checked.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without periprosthetic infection treatment after joint replacement in our department; 2. Those who did not sign informed consent during the perioperative period; 3. Patients who were lost to follow-up.
