Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is planned to select patients admitted to our department for hip/knee revision surgery since June 2021; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Those who plan to undergo hip/knee revision surgery due to non-infectious reasons/peri-prosthesis infection; 4. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with tumor history; 2. There are other immunosuppressive states; 3. There is infection in other parts than the prosthesis.
