Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with spinal fracture and planned to receive operative treatment were prospectively collected at our department from Sep 2021 to Dce 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple injuries; 2. Pathological fractures caused by tumors, infections or osteoporosis; 3. Complicated with serious underlying diseases and cannot tolerate surgery; 4. History of allergy or hypersensitivity to TXA; 5. History of preoperative thromboembolism; 6. Epilepsy or other patients who are not suitable for tranexamic acid.
