Conditions

Osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, necrosis of femoral head

Interventions

Group A:Those who have a history of oral insulin sensitizing drugs before admission and persist in taking them within 1 month before surgery
Group B:There is no history of oral insulin sensitization drugs before admission, and those who insist on oral administration of other types of hypoglycemic drugs
Group C:No history of oral hypoglycemic drugs before admission, poor blood glucose control after admission

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, DDH (type I/II) for initial unilateral THA or TKA; 2.Diagnosed as diabetes; 3.BMI > 18.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous surgery, trauma, chronic infection of the ipsilateral joint; 2.Severe heart and lung disease, gastrointestinal disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, rheumatoid immune system diseases such as rheumatoid disease, and psychiatric history; 3.Type 1 diabetes.
