Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65; 2. All the teeth except the third molars (the roots have been fully developed) have symptoms of irreversible pulpitis or periapical periodontitis. X-rays show normal periapical period, widened periapical membranous cavity or apical shadow.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The tooth has root fracture; the tooth cannot be directly repaired with resin; the large area of the tooth is damaged, which makes it difficult to check the pulp vitality in the future; 2. The tooth is missing more than 2mm below the gum; the depth of the periodontal pocket is more than 3mm; there is no opposite tooth; there is no adjacent tooth contact; 3. There is systemic disease; there is severe periodontal disease, root loosening is more than II degree; internal absorption; external absorption; severe calcification of the root canal and atresia of the pulp cavity.
