Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thymus disease confirmed by chest imaging; 2. Diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome: in line with American College of Rheumatology (ACR)-European Union Against Rheumatism (EULAR) standards; 3. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; 4. Subjects voluntarily join the study, agree to collect relevant clinical information, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious underlying diseases, such as liver and kidney failure, heart failure, etc.; 2. Patients with other systemic tumors; 3. Mental illness affects prognosis assessment; 4. According to the judgment of the investigator, there are other patients with concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the patient or affect the completion of the study.
