Interventions

DEX1 group:Before induction, 0.5ug/kg/h was pumped for 10 minutes and then 0.4ug/kg/h was pumped to 30 minutes before the end of the operation.
DEX2 group:Before induction, 1 ug/kg/h was pumped for 10 minutes and then 0.4 ug/kg/h was pumped to 30 minutes before the end of the operation.
Control Group:Before induction, the same amount of normal saline was continuously pumped until 30 minutes before the end of the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 18 to 65 years old, ASA grade I to II and Child-Pugh liver function grade A; 2.For patients who are planning to undergo open hepatic lobectomy, intraoperative hepatic portal occlusion must be performed with at least two segments of liver resection, and the total portal occlusion time should be at least 30 minutes and not more than 60 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of hepatectomy; preoperative cholangitis; 2.Have a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseaseshave other organ dysfunction; 3.Pregnant women And those who are breastfeeding; 4.Emergency surgery as patients with liver rupture; 5.People with long-term history of taking analgesic and sedative drugs, history of drug use, and those who are allergic to anesthetics, and those with mental illness or communication difficulties; 6.Surgery In patients with accidents such as massive bleeding, allergies, and cardiac arrest.
