Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgery patients aged >=18 years; 2. BMI: 18.5-27.9 kg/m^2; 3. No history of metabolic abnormalities such as chronic renal failure, moderate to severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and hyperthyroidism; 4. Be able to cooperate with the completion of the trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper abdominal surgery; 2. History of diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance; 3. Abnormal structure of the upper gastrointestinal tract; 4. Have used atropine, mosapride, morphine and other drugs that affect gastric motility within 2 weeks; 5. Combined with swallowing disorders, digestive tract obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other diseases.
