18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective nasal endoscopic surgery; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Willing to accept research and sign the research volunteer form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of long-term use of opioids; 2. Those with contraindications to stellate ganglion block; 3. Those who are contraindicated in experimental drugs (dexamethasone, local anesthetics, specific resistance, opioids, etc.); 4. Severe sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block; 5. Loss or does not have the ability to make independent judgments, language communication barriers, inability to understand and cooperate with researchers; 6. BMI>30kg/m^2.
