Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=35 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension defined in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China"; 3. Residing locally and the enrolled hospital is the participant's regular hospital for healthcare services; 4. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorders, and not capable of expressing willingness and determining the guardians or caregivers; 2. There are other obvious physical diseases and abnormal laboratory test results, and any patients determined by investigators to be unsuitable for the present study; 3. Any patients determined by investigators to be impossible to finish the long-term follow-up.
