Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-75 years; 2.VS was confirmed by intra-auditory enhanced MRI; 3.Normal controls should have no history of other brain tumors; 4.Able to understand and answer research questionnaires, sign informed consent forms, and cooperate with visitors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MRI contraindications: such as claustrophobia or metal implantation.
