Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 12 years, ASA grade I-III; 2.Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3.In line with ethics, patients voluntarily took the test and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to communicate effectively with researchers; 2. Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases; 3. Suspected of long-term use or abuse of narcotic sedative analgesics; 4. Patients with contraindications or allergies to related drugs and methods; 5. Emergency surgery.
