35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer; 2. Aged 35-70 years; 3. ASA I-III grade; 4. BMI: 18-23 kg/m2; 5. The tumor was diagnosed for the first time and originated in the lung.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe structural heart disease and arrhythmia; 2. Severe hypertension (>=190/90mmHg) without regular medication; 3. Have taken hormone drugs recently; 4. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 5. The patient is difficult to cooperate due to various reasons.
