Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of hip fracture; those who are scheduled to undergo surgery within 48 hours; age> 50 years old; ASA class I ~ III; pain numerical score (NRS) >= 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the researcher; those who were allergic to local anesthetics; those who were infected at the puncture site; those who had mental disorders or cognitive impairment.
