Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combined with the clinical manifestations and imaging examinations of the patients, the deputy chief physician will assess the condition of the neurologically critical patients admitted to the NICU; 2. No other organ diseases except nervous system diseases at the time of admission; 3. Admission time < 48 hours; 4. The patient's immediate family or guardian signed the informed consent for this study upon admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurocritically ill patients with incomplete data; 2. Aged < 18 years, hospitalization time is more than 48 hours; 3. Insufficient clinical data; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and other severe chronic or metabolic diseases; 5. Pregnant patients.
