Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in line with one of oculomotor paralytic strabismus, abducens paralytic strabismus, congenital extraocular muscle fibrosis, nystagmus, thyroid-related ophthalmopathy, and congenital strabismus, and extraocular muscle amputation is included in the surgical plan; 2. The subjects or their authorized persons have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other autoimmune or inflammatory diseases not related to strabismus in the eye or system; 2. History of ocular or systemic hormone or immunosuppressive use within 3 months; 3. History of orbital radiotherapy or drug injection; 4. Abnormal blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin indexes in patients with diabetes; 5. History of tumor.
