Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TD in DSM-V; 2. Not suffering from other physical or congenital diseases except TD; 3. The parents can cooperate with the children who are followed up at the time of completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic infection; 2. Combined with other autoimmune diseases; 3. Those who have been treated with hormones, immunosuppressants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
