2 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-8 years; 2. Elective thoracoscopic lobectomy; 3. Expected operation time >= 2 hours; 4. ASA II-III children; 5. The family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the investigator thinks that it is not suitable to be included in this trial; 2. Patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery again during the hospitalization; 3. Preoperative mechanical ventilation patients; 4. History of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months before surgery; 5. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal lung function, and intracranial hypertension; 6. Participated in other clinical trials.
