18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Under elective general anesthesia, receive thoracoscopic lung slices (including lung wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, and sleeve resection); 3. ASA classification: I-II; 4. BMI: 18.5 to 25kg/m2; 5. Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to any anesthetics or other materials required during surgery; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Outpatient or emergency surgery; 4. Patients who have undergone transplantation or have a history of transplantation; 5. Patients with tumor metastasis; 6. Patients with atrioventricular block, intraventricular block or Adam-Stokes syndrome; 7. Patients who use beta-blockers for a long time or whose heart rate is lower than 50bpm; 8. Patients with dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs; 9. Patients with cognitive impairment who cannot communicate.
