Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 60 years; 2. There is unilateral stroke with hemiplegic knee hyperextension; 3. Male or female; 4. Brinell stage: IV-VI; 5. Those who have received quadriceps-hamstring isokinetic training or conventional treatment in our department.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of severe trauma or surgery in the lower limbs in the past; 2. Acute arthritis; 3. Severe pathological changes in lower extremity structures (such as muscles, ligaments, meniscus, joint capsule, etc.); 4. Severe cardiovascular disease; 5. Previous treatment records are missing or incomplete.
