Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients suspected of being infected at the time of admission must meet one of the following conditions: (1) Fever, body temperature >= 37.3 degree; (2) Positive pathogenic examination (bacterial/fungal smear, positive bacterial/fungal culture, positive pathogen-specific immunological examination, positive pathogen-specific molecular biological examination, positive result of metagenomic sequencing consistent with clinical practice); (3) Anti-infective treatment is effective; 3. At the time of the new admission, the physician assessed the patient's risk of developing sepsis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with incomplete history of present illness and past history due to various reasons; 2. There are more than 3 missing clinical test indicators required; 3. There is no basis for infection, such as fever caused by blood diseases, rheumatic connective tissue diseases, tumors and other reasons.
