Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic aplastic anemia and low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, and healthy volunteers; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Agree to participate and sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and women of childbearing age who plan to become pregnant within the past six months; 2. Patients with severe infection, bleeding and anemia recently; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other underlying diseases, or patients with other serious primary, secondary or mental diseases; 4. Those who are allergic to research drugs or ingredients; 5. Those who participated in other clinical experiments three months before enrollment; 6. Other situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in clinical trials.
