30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the participants were diagnosed with T2D for at least 6 months, with the duration of <=5 years; aged between 30 and 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L; HbA1c > 8.0%; BMI > 28 or 5.7 mmol/L; 2. Coronary CT or angiography shows that the vascular stenosis is greater than 40%, or there are serious cardiovascular diseases and risks; 3. Abnormal liver function, thyroid function and creatine kinase (CK); 4. Insulin users; 5. Smokers; 6. Systolic blood pressure >= 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg or patients with hypotension (resting sitting blood pressure < 90/50mmHg); 7. Patients with various exercise contraindications; 8. Pacemaker users; 9. Participants who participated in other experiments 3 months before the experiment; 10. Those who participated in regular physical exercise within 6 months before the experiment.
