Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy, complete and caries-free third molars extracted due to impaction; 2. Third molars with reversible pulpitis caused by deep caries (diagnosed in combination with clinical history, electrical activity test and cold puncture pain); 3. Third molars with irreversible pulpitis caused by deep caries (diagnosed in combination with clinical history, electrical activity test and cold puncture pain); 4. Clinical volunteers aged 16-25 (with informed consent of themselves and their families).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periodontal endodontic lesions, third molars with pulpal degeneration.
