traditional nasal catheter oxygen therapy (COT) group:traditional nasal catheter low flow oxygen therapy

high flow nasal oxygen therapy group:high flow nasal oxygen therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD combined with type II respiratory failure; 3. Hospitalization time >= 48 hours; 4. Cooperate with hospital examination and treatment measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient gives up treatment or is automatically discharged from the hospital; 2. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 3. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
