Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The third molar with health, enamel caries (enamel color change, probe, X-ray and microCT imaging data), dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive to probing, transient sensitivity to cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data show residual dentine thickness RDT >= 2mm) dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive to probe, transient pain of cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data, 0.5<=RDT < 2mmand no puncture)dentine caries (obvious caries, soft, sensitive, transient pain of cold stimulation, X-ray and microCT imaging data, RDT < 0.5mm, and no puncture)were collected from young clinical volunteers aged 18-25 years. )There are 5 cases in each group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The third molars with periodontal pulp disease, pulp degeneration and pulp necrosis.
