Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. On the basis of meeting the diagnostic criteria of AP in the 2013 Atlanta Revised Criteria, if the patient meets the following conditions, the diagnosis of HTG-AP is made: blood TG >= 11.30 mmol/L; or blood TG is between 5.65 and 11.30 mmol/L , and the serum was chyle-shaped; 3. Modified Marshall score of organ failure >= 2 points, or enhanced CT examination showed that the area of pancreatic necrosis >= 30%; 4. The onset time was less than 48 hours from admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Biliary pancreatitis, alcoholic pancreatitis and other types of pancreatitis; 2. Previous organ dysfunction or autoimmune diseases such as liver and kidney; 3. Prophylactic use of any antibiotics after the onset of the disease; 4. Antibiotics are required for infections in the lungs, bloodstream, and urinary system at the time of onset.
