Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult (aged >= 18 years) patients in ICU who had a serum creatinine, albumin, NT-proBNP, urine protein, hemoglobin measurement closest before transferring into ICU and AKI staging introduced by KDIGO in 2012 were identified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose NT-proBNP was unclear or undergoing cardiac surgery or cardiology medical service.
