Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the following 4 items at the same time; 2. All cases were referred and admitted to hospital; 3. Hospitalized in NICU of our hospital from January 1, 2016 to August 31, 2021; 4. Corrected age at admission does not exceed 44 weeks; 5. After the joint discussion of NICU-Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery-Medical Imaging Department, it is clear that tracheostomy is needed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with legal issues before being transferred to your hospital.
